Visit Myrtle Beach’s Sandy Haines Receives 2024 Spirit of TAP Award from Travel Alliance Partners

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.—Visit Myrtle Beach is pleased to announce that Sandy Haines, director of group tour sales, has been awarded the 2024 Spirit of TAP Award by Travel Alliance Partners (TAP), a prestigious travel industry organization comprised of group tour operators and suppliers across the U.S. and Canada.

Haines, who has worked for Visit Myrtle Beach for the past 32 years, received the Spirit of TAP Award during the organization’s annual conference held June 9-11 in Jeffersonville, Ind.

TAP is renowned for providing resources and programming to North American Tour Operators. Being recognized by such a distinguished organization underscores the high regard in which Haines is held by her peers and colleagues while celebrating the vibrant tourism industry in Myrtle Beach.
