During October 2019, a total of 227,517 passengers passed through the Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR).
At MYR, total passenger traffic during October 2019, which includes enplanements and deplanements, totaled 227,517 compared to 223,727 in October 2018. The number of people arriving on flights, or deplanements, was 112,241 compared to 109,478 in 2018.
“During October the Myrtle Beach International Airport experienced a record-breaking month for passengers passing through the Airport,” said Scott Van Moppes, director of airports. “The Airport continues to experience a strong volume of arriving visitors, but the surge of outbound traffic generated by the local population is amazing. Overall, demand for air service in and out of the Grand Strand is healthy and exciting.”
