Myrtle Beach Convention Center has announced that it has achieved Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR accreditation, the gold standard for prepared facilities. Under the guidance of GBAC, a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, Myrtle Beach Convention Center has implemented the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention in its facility.

MBACVB Receives ConventionSouth Readers’ Choice Award
Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention & Visitors Bureau (MBACVB) has been presented with a 2020 Readers’ Choice Award from ConventionSouth. MBACVB is one of 380 CVBs, meeting facilities and hotels across the South to receive this year’s award and one of only 19 in the state of South Carolina. This is the ninth time MBACVB has received this award since the award’s inception in 2001.
