MBACC Increases Budget for Fall Marketing Campaign
Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce board approved a $600,000 incremental budget investment to the recently launched Fall 2019 marketing campaign. The $600,000 incremental investment will augment marketing efforts for 5 weeks beginning August 26th.
The media mix will include Facebook and Instagram display and video ads, Google Display Network custom channels and remarketing, and YouTube video.
Markets will include North Carolina, as all 5 DMAs (Designated Market Area) show up in the top 10 markets for Myrtle Beach arrivals, and other key markets based on top 2018 MSAs (Metropolitan Statistical Area).
“This additional investment will help support a fall season that’s been challenged with storms the past two years,” said Karen Riordan, MBACC president and CEO, “It’s important to keep Myrtle Beach top of mind as people often plan their fall getaways last minute.”
Creative messaging will amplify the “Stretch Your Summer” campaign theme with great ways for people to stretch their body, limits, and dollars in Myrtle Beach this fall.
